This is a two storey building, constructed of Brick and rendered. The slate roof appears to have been lowered slightly to give a slightly less acute angle. There is a brick chimney to right hand side with two pots. There is a kneeler at the end of the roof.

On the ground floor has door with glass over and two large windows with smaller panes over. On the first floor has sash windows.
