This building is modern with an office block form and has two storeys. The walls are brick, with a stretcher bond and mortar bonding material. There are no living spaces and the roof is ridged slate with no chimneys. There is one single door. On the ground floor there are three arches, with one acting as the door. There is a small arched casement window just above.

On the first floor there are two small arched casement windows. There is one grey brick stringer course at the ground and first floor levels and an ornamented cornice at eaves level. All the windows and the door have buff brick surrounds and lintels. To the rear of the building there is a covered in garage shared with number 19 with no obvious windows or doors.
