17 Yarm Lane
This is a three storey building that is pebble dashed on the upper two storeys. The ground floor is faced with dark brick with a mortar bond in a basic stretcher format. On the ground floor there are two single entrances, one to the left of the building that leads to the upper floors and the second leading into the ground floor commercial space. There is also gallery window with two large arched window panes.
On the first floor there are two casement windows, one with four panes and one with six. The window to the left is related to a commercial space. There are protruding stone sills under these windows. The second floor has two casement windows each with four panes. These windows also have stone protruding sills associated with them. The roof is pitched and covered in concrete tiles.
