17 Prince Regent Street
The property has been entirely rendered white, except for a slight plinth-like band of brick still visible on the side face at the base. The main building has a gable roof with what looks like modern slate reproduction tiles, coming to a rest on a horizontal parapet which runs the length of the front face. The extension at the back of the property is flat-roofed, topped with an unknown material.
The roof has been re-tiled with modern reproduction slate, possibly made of recycled rubber. On the side facing into the car park are metal bracers preventing subsidence. There are two storeys At the front, on the ground floor is a modern shop façade of stainless steel and large glass panes, divided into two single entrances either side with three large windows in between. There are three square windows on the first floor, two on the sides are divided into smaller panes, while the middle is a single solid pane.
