17 Bishopton Lane
This is a two storey building with white-painted render and a modern shop frontage to the front, facing onto Bishopton Lane, and the rear is brick in a Flemish coursing bonded with mortar. To the front, the ground floor has two single entrances and three rectangular panes within a modern wood turquoise and white painted shop façade. The first floor has a bay window within a white PVC frame. To the rear on the ground floor there is a single entrance with a small window to the upper left-hand side of the door and one casement window.
On the first floor there are two large rectangular casement windows and a further skylight on the left-hand side of the roof. All windows and the entrance, except for the small window next to the entrance, have brick voussoirs and concrete sills. A dark brick voussoir is just visible above ground level and indicates where there was once a basement window. The roof is a pantile gable with possible living space within.
