16 West Row (Warehouse Extension)
This property is an extension of 16 West Row and is a reasonably modern build, dating to the mid 20th Century. The front face is brick in English Garden Wall in mortar bonding, rising three storeys to a flat roof, whereas the sides have since been rendered.
There are two subsequent extensions have been added around the back, both of which have been given a gable roof with corrugated iron roofing, topped with a round ridge, and sloping down to a thin parapet. The possible remains of two chimney stacks can be seen projecting from the side facing into the current car park.
