15 Smith Street (1)
This rendered concrete structure appears to have been renovated as two flats, with the single entrance doors facing the Wellington square cark park. There are also two sliding garage-type doors, between the two entrances. The building appears to combine two older structures. The westernmost of these is three stories and has a ridged tile roof, while the easternmost is only two stories and has a ridged tar-paper roof. There are no windows on the ground floor. The first floor has two 2x2 casement windows, and this pattern is repeated on the 2nd floor. The North wall (facing Smith Street) has only a single, two panel casement window on the first floor. The south wall has two casement windows on the first floor. The western most of the these is two panel, while the easternmost is four panel.
