The building is three storeys and contains an abandoned shop front. The ground floor is two plate glass windows, surrounding a central PVC door, and there are upper and lower glass panels with a fanlight. The first floor has three sash windows that appear to have been replaced from the original. The second floor has three sash windows that appear to be original or older. There is a white mortar decorative course that runs the length of the façade above the first and second floors. The roof is a ridged, double-pile. The brick, rectangular chimney sits on the south side of the roof, has no pots. The roof is slate.
