137 and 138 High Street
This two storey building of brick and mortar construction, the front elevation being all stretchers and the right side elevation being of English garden wall bonding. The building has a flat roof; the material is not visible from any viewpoint. There are no chimneys.
There is a central single entrance in the front elevation and a single entrance towards the back of the building on the right elevation. To the front elevation the ground floor has one large rectangular plate glass window either side of the doorway and a large bay either side of the doorway. On the first floor there are six sash windows. The right front bay window continues around to the side elevation. To the side elevation there are six small rectangular single paned windows (they appear to be non-opening) on the first floor.
