The three storey building with an ashlar stone cladding façade; underneath is a brick and mortar building. The roof is gabled, with slate cover. A transverse rectangular brick chimney is present with three pots on the right hand side. On the ground floor there are two single entrances, at the left hand and right hand sides. The ground floor has three windows, each single pane situated next to each other, between the entrances.

The building front was obscured by building work, tarpaulin and scaffolding in 2012. The upper part of the right elevation is visible. It is of brick and mortar construction with English garden wall bonding.
