133 High Street

This three storey building is of a brick and mortar construction, in Flemish bond. A gabled roof of asbestos/concrete pan- tiles is present. The front elevation is raised to cover the eaves line. Two rectangular transverse brick chimney stacks are present, shared with adjacent buildings. There are no chimney pots.

There is a double-doored entrance located in the centre of the ground floor, flanked by two shop windows either side. There are three windows on the first floor: a central single paned rectangular window, and on either side a large rectangular window comprising six panes, with two side casement openers. On the second floor there are three sash windows of two panes each.

The central first floor window and the second floor windows are flanked by columns, likely to be stone, with decorative capitals. The two large first floor later windows have concrete surrounds. There is a string course between the first and second floors. Above the second floor is a horizontal decorative panel, running along the eaves line. There is a drainpipe running down the left hand side.
