The three storey brick building has a mortar bonding material, with evidence of English Garden Wall bonding on the front elevation. The front elevation extends above the eaves line, with a gabled slate roof. A single entrance is present on the front elevation. The ground floor comprises a shop front, composed of a large plate glass window and entrance door located on the right hand side.

The first floor has a central rectangular bay window, with the front consisting of two casement window panes, in two sections, either side of which is a two paned window.

The second floor has a central casement window with four panes, with the top portion opening. Other features include two side vents level with the first floor bay window. There is a left hand cast iron drain pipe, with a hopper, extending from the second storey.
