118 High Street

The four storey building of either render over blocks or mock stucco blocks. Possibly a flat roof with unknown covering. A parapet runs around the roof. There is a double entrance in the centre of the High Street façade.

The projecting shop front has a plate glass window at either side of the entrance. Each of the upper floors on the High Street elevation has a single centrally placed window. These may be metal framed. The first and second floor windows are of two panes of unequal size. The smaller, opening pane is on the right hand side.

The third floor window is in three segments. In the centre is a large fixed pane. On either side of this are two pane segments, with a small opening section at the top. The High Street façade has three projection lines running across it horizontally. These are at the top of the ground, first and second floors. There are no drainpipes in evidence above the ground floor on this façade. The rear elevation is of brick and has an uneven fenestration pattern.
