117 High Street
This three storey building with a rendered High Street façade. Above the ground floor the rear façade is a curtain wall of glass and steel. The roof is not visible but appears to be flat. There is a single doorway in the centre of a projecting shop front.
Glazing on the High Street façade:
1. Ground floor. Equally sized single pane widows at either side of the entrance.
2. First and second floors. Three equally sized windows on each floor. Wooden sash windows with concrete sills.
The entrance to Blue Post Yard is to the left hand side of the building. The side wall facing Blue Post Yard is of brick. All the down comers on the building are enclosed.
