This three storey building of rendered brick. The building has been extended to the rear, giving an “L” shaped three story building and further extended at the two story level. In plan, the extension is curved to the street line. The roof is slate and is “hipped”. The original building has roof lights. The three story extension roof is hipped and the two storey has a flat roof with parapet. There is a single cut down transverse chimney.

The ground floor frontage is a shop front hidden behind roller shutters. There are two single doors and a shuttered door on the south side. The first floor has a bay window. The second floor has identical windows. The top floor has a two pane sash window. The south side has shuttered windows to the west, the first floor has three windows, one sash window, one small window and one large opening window. The second and third floor are the same.

The three-storey extension has one opening window on each floor. The two-storey extension has three sash windows on the first floor. The rear of the building has one sash windows on the second and third floor. The rear of the extension has one sash and one standard window with three or four infilled windows.
