A brick building with rendered frontage. The rear elevation is probably English bond. The building has four floors with a sloped extension to the rear. Adjoined on the north side by a public house, and part of a block of buildings. The ridge roof appears to be slate and the extension is slate. The ground floor extends forward slightly with roofing felt whilst the first floor bay is leaded. There is a doorway to access the upper floor on the right hand side. The ground floor has modern shop windows with a double door. The first floor is a square bay with 15 lights, the front three have top leaded lights, whilst the second floor has a sash window with a stone lintel and sixlights. The third floor is similar to the second floor. There is one rectangular chimney with four pots. Another chimney with two pots is visible from the rear.
