1 Theatre Yard

The original building probably dates back to the 18th Century. This building has had a brick re-build within the last ten years. The brick pattern is one header to five stretchers. There is a pan-tiled roof, gabled and pitched east to west, partially asymmetrical. There is one transverse chimney of newer brick than walls all stretchers and rectangular t the north elevation. There are two pots with cowls to the chimney.

There is one entrance on the ground floor which has a concrete door sill. The wooden door has six panels with a narrow vertical window of three panes on each side. The door has a brick lintel. On the ground floor are two four-paned vertical sash windows with brick lintels and new stone sills. The first floor has three windows of the same design.
