The building is in old brick in English Garden wall bond with a tiled ridge roof. The building is three storeys, the ground floor having a modern shop front. The first floor has a bay window with ornamental supports for the roof. The window has three sets of two pane modern window frames.

The first floor has two smaller casement windows with two modern two pane windows. There are stone lintels and sills which are adjacent to each other, leaving a small amount of brickwork between the windows. There is a column of better quality bricks adjoining Number 9 and an ornamented course of bricks at eaves level. The adjacent No 13 overlaps by about one brick width. There is one single entrance in the shop front. The rear is not visible.
